Early Fall greens are coming in strong right now. In this class learn about all the great vegetables available at market during the Fall and ways to blanch and freeze them. What would the winter be without frozen greens? Learn to blanch and freeze greens using everyday ingredients many of which are available from the farmers market.  This class will provide each student with a year's worth of recipes.  

We have very limited space within our community kitchen so reserving your spot is essential. Also, please keep in mind that if you reserve a spot and don't attend, you'll be keeping someone else from attending. If you need to cancel or cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make your space available to someone else.
