This class is designed for students 15 and up. We will delve into the art of baking pies. Starting with the most important, the foundation, we'll learn to make delicate pie crusts. We will start with our entree, a market-fresh tomato pie (great for a hot summer day) and then move to dessert. What could be better for a Georgia summer than peach and blackberry pie? Students will leave understanding how simple and delicious pie-baking can be!
