Chef Suga's vision for Pimento Cheeses began early in 2017 while serving a Sunday Brunch series at a popular restaurant in Powder Springs, GA. One of the most popular dishes? Grits with her own home-made pimento cheese. As people began ordering the pimento cheese separately, a hit was born. Now Chef Suga has expanded from the original pimento cheese recipe with seven variations on the original, each as delightful as the first. Just this month a new line of Chef Suga products debuted at the Rockmart Farmers Market: black bean hummus, peanut hummus, and incredible chicken pot pie.
